Dr. Ronald Ng, DDS
Dr. Ng grew up in Richmond Hill and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in Michigan at the University of Detroit Mercy. While there, he had the opportunity to treat patients with multidisciplinary dental needs as well as those with complex medical histories. Upon graduation he completed the Canadian dental board examinations and subsequently obtained licensure in Ontario. Dr. Ng has an interest in lifelong learning in dentistry and enjoys educating himself both through continuing education courses and self-learning. He is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and Canadian Dental Association.
Dr. Hei Lo Lam, DDS
Dr. Hei Lo Lam grew up in North York and completed the Bachelor of Health Sciences Program at McMaster University. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Toronto, graduating with Honours. She is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Dental Associations, as well as the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Lam is committed to continuing education, often attending seminars, and recently completed a mini-residency in implant dentistry.
Dr. Lam is fluent in English and Cantonese, and can understand some Mandarin. She has a special interest in family dentistry, and looks forward to meeting you and your family!
Claudia Chan, RDH
The owner of Markham Dental Hygiene & Wellness, Claudia is an independent-practice dental hygienist. She graduated from Toronto’s Regency Dental Hygiene Academy in 2007, and is an active member of the College of Dental Hygiene of Ontario and the Canadian Dental Hygiene Association. She is also certified by the U.S. Joint Commission of National Dental Hygiene.
Claudia has given community oral health presentations at both Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care and Vintage Garden. She has also participated in oral health promotions at the YMCA.
Dr. Patsy Kwok, DDS (Office Consultant)
Dr. Patsy Kwok graduated from dentistry with honours in 1998 at the University of Toronto. She then completed a one-year residency program at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. While there, she provided dental treatment to medically compromised and geriatric patients; treated dental emergencies; and worked closely with the oral pathology, radiology and oral surgery specialists. She has been in private practice since 1999, and has completed continuing education courses in braces, cosmetic dentistry, and implant restoration.
Jacqueline Wong B.Sc., RDH
Jacqueline Wong is a graduate from the University of Toronto with a BSc in Psychology and Neuroscience. Her interest in the dental field influenced her to further her education at George Brown College, where she graduated with a Dental Hygiene Diploma, with Honours, in 2010.
Amy Chow, RDH
Amy Chow graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science specializing in Integrative Biology from the University of Toronto before pursuing her Dental Hygiene Diploma from George Brown College in 2010. Her fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin helps promote dental education to the general public.
Matthew Giang B.Sc., DD., C.DSM
Matthew Giang is a denturist. He received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough in 2010. He then attended, and graduated from, George Brown College’s Denturism Program in 2013. In 2016, he became a certified member of the Canadian Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciples.
William Quach, RMT
William Quach is a dedicated and enthusiastic registered massage therapist with extensive experience in pain relief and relaxation. He graduated from Ontario’s top school, Sutherland-Chan, in 2015. He then worked at Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Marlies Hockey Club, pregnancy clinics, retirement homes, and special health clinics as a massage therapist. He specializes in sports medicine and exercise rehabilitation, and has an interest in mental and emotional health maintenance through pain relief.
