Dr Sally Issa,
Dental Surgeon
An internationally trained dentist, Dr. Issa graduated with a degree of honor in Dental Medicine and Oral Surgery since 1996 Cairo University in Egypt. Dr. Issa completed a Master of Science degree in Implant Dentistry from University of Warwick, in the UK. Her research included the influence of implant macro-design on the strain magnitude imparted to the bone implant interface at marginal bone level.
In addition to being a general dentist in the UAE for 17 years, Dr. Issa was a clinical instructor at the Hands-on Implant Dentistry Study Consortium program for 9 years. She then attained her NDEB certificate and became a member of the RCDSO. She worked as a clinical instructor at University of Toronto.
Dr. Issa is both a fellow, a diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and an active member of the Canadian Dental Association and the Ontario Dental Association.
Since 2019, she has been a key opinion leader at the Biotechnology Implant Institute, employing a method that has been around for 20 years: the biological dental implant technique. She is the founder of ImplantsMent program, an innovator supportive one to one dental implant mentor program in Ontario-Canada
