Dr. Kyubo Yoon is dual board-certified in the US and Canada. He received his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from University of Toronto, Trinity College in Physiology and Human Biology. Following the undergraduate degree, he went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Michigan.

Dr. Yoon completed his General Practice Residency training at Columbia University Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital, a level two trauma center in New York City. Training at New York City’s top Adult and Children’s hospitals has given Dr. Yoon ample experience in treating a diverse patient population and managing medically compromised patients and special needs children who required complex dental care.

Dr. Yoon is always working to hone his dental skills and enjoys advancing his skills with continuing education. He always strives to provide the highest level of care for his patients and make each dental experience a pleasant one.

He is an active member of Ontario Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association and American Dental Association.

In his free time, Dr. Yoon enjoys traveling and playing piano and sports.

Dr. Corey Rubinoff, Dental Surgeon, DDS

Dr. Corey Rubinoff received his undergraduate training at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto. After receiving early acceptance into the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto, he graduated with honours, having earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1991. He was also the a recipent of the nutrition award at dental school. Dr. Rubinoff has been approved to provide intravenous sedation services since 1992.

Dr. Romeo Paculanan, Specialist, Prosthodontist, Doctor of Dental Medicine, Prosthodontist (DMD, Ms, Cert. Prosthodontics FRCD(C))

Dr. Romeo Paculanan graduated from Centro Escolar University, School of Dentistry in Manila, Philippines with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1988. He practiced general dentistry in Manila before immigrating to Canada in 1996. After working as a dental technician for several years in Toronto, Dr. Paculanan returned to school to complete a Master’s Certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2008. Dr. Paculanan taught as a clinical lecturer at University of Michigan, School of Dentistry, and is currently faculty in the Department of Prosthodontics at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Paculanan is Course Director of the third year undergraduate Prosthodontic Course and is also the Director of IDAPP (International Dentists Advance Placement Program) Prosthodontics.

Hayes Leung

Hayes attended George Brown College and graduated at the top of his class which was later recognized with the “A.J. (Jim) McGuire Memorial award” presented by the Denturist Association of Ontario.

Hayes is a strong believer in continuing his studies and practice so he can constantly and consistently provide successful treatments for his patients. He believes in providing quality dentures so they can improve the quality of life for the wearer. Hayes is officially the first denturist in Ontario to obtain both certifications to practice Suction Effective Mandibular Complete Denture (SEMCD) and CQR Denture techniques which help provide a stronger retentive and stable denture than a regular denture. These techniques helped him provide dentures that stay in the mouth without the use of denture glue or dental implants whilst allowing the wearer to have a biofunctional bite.

As an associate of Markham Dental, he continues providing his excellent services and craftsmanship in collaboration with the great dental professionals so that the wearers of his dentures have improved quality of life.

Claudia graduated from Toronto’s Regency Dental Hygiene Academy in 2007. She is an active member of the College of Dental Hygiene of Ontario and the Canadian Dental Hygiene Association. She is also certified by the U.S. Joint Commission of National Dental Hygiene. Claudia continues to train and advance her skills on latest research and continue education.

Amy Chow BSc, Registered Dental Hygienist, RDH

Amy graduated from the University of Toronto with honours Bachelor of Science. Her interest in orthodontics has led her to complete her Dental Hygiene Diploma at George Brown College in 2010. Trained in both Orthodontics and General Practice. Amy enjoys helping patients achieve both a healthy and confident smile.
